I’m a man, can I come to BLOOM or is it just for women?

Men and women are welcome at BLOOM and both will find it beneficial.

I’m not in Paris because of my husband’s job.
I am a student / au pair. Is BLOOM relevant to me?

There will be information for all kinds of people, including students, au pairs, working people, non-working people, trailing spouses, parents, singles, etc.

I’m not religious / I’m Catholic / I’m Muslim / I’m Buddhist / etc, can I still come to BLOOM even though it is at the American Church in Paris?

All are welcome; you do not need to be a Protestant Christian to attend BLOOM.

Your information sheet says that BLOOM is for the whole family, what will my kids be doing?

We will have a fun and interesting program for the children and youth including games in the gym and small group activities. Kids need help adjusting to life in Paris too.

Do I need to pre-register, or may I pay at the door?

You do not need to pre-register, but there will be an extra fee for walk-ins.

Is childcare available?
Is lunch included?

Childcare is available with separate age areas for Baby, Toddler and Preschool-Kindergarteners. Parents need to bring snacks and lunch for their young children.

I’ve attended a BLOOM program before. Can I attend again?

Of course! There is always something new to learn and friends to meet.

Is lunch included in my registration fee?

Yes. Be sure to specify on your registration form if you have any allergies so we can accommodate your needs.

Can I come in late or leave early?

Absolutely!

I’ve heard the BLOOM Book is fantastic. Is it available for sale without registering for the program?

On the day of the program only, the Bloom Book will be available at a discount, otherwise it is always available at the American Church reception desk, Sunday morning welcome table or by mail order.
